Excellent. Which one is supposed to be the "elitist," again? Hmmm.

Hmmmmm....let's see. Most of the people making over 300K are business owners and investors who create jobs for those making less money. I wonder what would happen if you keep raising taxes on those people. OH WAIT! I know. Those people will stop doing what they are doing (creating jobs for people like you) because the government makes it impossible for them to open and run their business.

SURVEY SAYS.....GET A CLUE....Most of the people in our country work for a company...which was...you guessed it....created by someone who is probably now making $300K or more from opening that company. So why don't we slaughter ourselves by creating an incentive to NOT open businesses therefore eliminating jobs.

Except the numbers are wrong. Obama wants to tax business and families (not individuals) making over $250,000.

Big difference!

This page would be WAY better if you were more careful about the "truths" you selected. Most of these things are partial truths. I'm a die-hard Obama fan, but I think that the only time we Dems are at our best is when we can both play their game (cf. printthetruth) and keep our explanations simple. Republicans are just normal people who choose to see the world in concrete terms--black and white. And if they can discredit any part of what you say in your campaign, they will do it with fervor. Actual Quotes--particularly when they are not cherry-picked from their context--will make your print the truth campaign really thrive. Avoid the straight-up digs because liberals aren't able to defend without nuance!

What if I make less than $300k, but want the people making more than $300k to pay less taxes? Rhetorical question. Truth is, I'd like to make $300k some day, but it's a little depressing knowing how progressively unfair the tax system is the more you make. There are still socialist and communist countries, and airplanes... for those interested.

Jason is the new superstar on the block.

Go packing if you don't like free enterprise.

If you don't make as much money as someone else, stop complaining and get off the couch and do something. And that something doesn't mean stealing from those who worked hard to earn their money.
